Customer Pickup : Customer pickup is allowed during our normal business hours and is subject to all other Terms of Sale. Transit Damage : In case of damage to goods in transit, refuse damaged product and note on Bill of Lading. Returned Merchandise : Merchandise returns must be authorized by Sanfacon Industries Inc., and are subject to restocking fees and round trip freight charges.
